Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Cleveland, OH Job Type: Full-Time (30 Hours/Week) | Part-Time Considered Setting: In-Home & Community-Based Services Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, in home and community settings throughout the Cleveland area. New graduates are welcome to apply! Mentorship and professional development support are available for newly certified BCBAs. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, and Vineland.Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans accordingly.Supervise, train, and support behavior technicians.Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals.Conduct weekly parent training sessions, including Project ImPACT when applicable.Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA requirements.Manage a caseload of approximately 8-10 clients, based on preference. Qualifications Active BCBA certification.Ohio Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) credential or ability to obtain it upon hire.Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.Strong assessment, data analysis, communication, and teamwork skills.Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, client-centered care. Schedule Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 9 AM and 6 PM.Full-time schedule of 30 hours per week.Part-time candidates may be considered.No weekends or on-call requirements.
