About the role
Blossom ABA Therapy is a values-driven ABA therapy provider serving children and families across Tennessee. We are seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who want to make a meaningful impact without the burnout.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBAs, preference assessments)
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), focusing on treatment integrity and professional growth
- Deliver caregiver training and maintain strong family communication
- Collect and analyze client data to guide clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with schools, families, and community providers as part of an integrated care team
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Active Tennessee LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) licensure, or eligibility to obtain a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
