Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
• Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or similar conditions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using data collection and analysis software
