About the role

Join our dynamic team of behavior analysts in a work-from-home setting. This role requires strong clinical skills and a passion for helping individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Conduct assessments and gather data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Provide supervision and training to less experienced staff members.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
