Job Description
Supervise and train behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, including supervision requirements for RBT certification.
Use evaluation tools such as VBMAPP, Vineland, and Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS).
Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
Train caregivers on the client’s individualized plan and other principles in ABA.
Conduct and write initial and reassessments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Certifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland (LBA)
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis and/or 3 years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.
Requirements
- Must have access to transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willing to undergo a background check.
