Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center Based

About the role

Provide behavior analytic services in a school setting to children with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans based on data-driven decision making.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement behavior support plans.
• Monitor student progress regularly and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Document all sessions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification or eligibility.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for improving the quality of life for individuals with autism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Ability to work with children and families.

Pay

• $40-$50 per hour.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
