About the role
Provide behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder in a center-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop interventions to address challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document all sessions and maintain client records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam for Behavior Analysts
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay
Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually
