About the role
Provide behavioral intervention services to children with autism spectrum disorder in a center-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and data collection to inform interventions
- Train and supervise paraprofessionals and other staff members
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to support child development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification or willingness to obtain within one year
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting children with autism and their families
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Schedule
