About the role
Provide behavior analytic services in a center-based setting to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions.
- Train staff and families in behavior analysis techniques.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis preferred.
- Valid license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
