About the role
Provide behavioral intervention services to children with autism spectrum disorder in a center-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Train staff and parents in behavior management techniques
- Evaluate progress towards treatment goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
