About the role
Responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorders. Conduct assessments, provide therapy sessions, and collaborate with families and other professionals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client behaviors
- Provide therapeutic interventions and support to clients and their families
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification from the Association of Behavior Analysis International (ABAI)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism

- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
