Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center

About the role

Responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorders. Conduct assessments, provide therapy sessions, and collaborate with families and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client behaviors
• Provide therapeutic interventions and support to clients and their families
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document progress and adjust interventions as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Current BCBA certification from the Association of Behavior Analysis International (ABAI)
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism
