About the role

Responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorders. Conduct assessments and provide therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Provide therapy sessions to clients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Evaluate progress and adjust interventions as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Valid state license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred
• Experience in applied behavior analysis
• Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
