Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Silver Spring, MD. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support to ensure successful implementation of treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success and provide guidance on implementing ABA strategies in the home setting
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, including those related to certification and licensure

Requirements

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives

Pay

$95 - $120 hourly
