Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the Role

We're seeking a driven, certified BCBA to create and implement individualized behavior analysis programs for our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll:

• Create and implement individualized behavior analysis programs for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and opportunity
• Design and carry out behavior intervention plans to reduce problem behaviors
• Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to junior clinicians
• Partner with parents and caregivers to ensure skills carry over consistently across settings
• Track and analyze data to monitor progress and guide clinical decisions
• Maintain thorough, accurate records of client progress and outcomes

What You Bring

• Active Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
• Experience working with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
• Solid understanding of ABA principles and clinical procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
