About the role
Yes ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Cumberland, Maryland. In this part-time role, you will work closely with our experienced clinicians to design and implement personalized, evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism and related disorders.
As a BCBA, you will lead our multidisciplinary team in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to parents and caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism and related disorders
- Conduct assessments and create behavior intervention plans in collaboration with parents and caregivers
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure consistent and effective treatment
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff members
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless transition between therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
- Participate in regular supervision and consultation with our BCBA Director
