About the role
At Yes ABA Therapy, we are dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be a critical member of our team, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child and their family.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients
- Implement ABA treatment programs in a variety of settings, including in-home and community-based environments
- Collect and analyze data to measure client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and coordination of care
- Stay up-to-date with industry research and best practices to continuously improve treatment outcomes
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- No years of experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis or a related field required
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including in-home and community-based environments
Work Environment
As a non-traditional therapy setting, our ABA Therapists have the flexibility to work in various environments, including in-home and community-based settings.
