About the role

• Developing and implementing individualized ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify strengths and areas of improvement
• Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a comprehensive treatment plan
• Providing training and support to family members and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
• Monitoring progress and making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans
