We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams in Pikesville, MD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
Pay
$95 - $120 hourly
