Responsibilities
- Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families
- Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development
- Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child's care plan
- Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings
- Partner daily with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care planning across disciplines
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Ability to sit 1 to 2 hours and stand or walk 4 to 6 hours daily
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, with frequent bending, reaching, and precise motor function with both hands

Benefits
- Base Salary: $78,000 to $103,000
- Sign-on and Relocation Bonus: up to $15,000 in bonus pay, 2x PTO, or a mix of both
- Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000 annually)
