This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each Client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment. You'll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.

Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Must be located in the NYC metro area or surrounding regions and willing to provide in-person supervision
- Clinical support responsibilities require availability outside of billable hours to ensure continuity of care and timely support for staff and families
- Flexibility to work at least one weekend day per week, as needed, is expected based on client and clinical support needs

$110,000-$115,000 annually
Schedule
25-30 billable hours per week (12-15 clients)
