Key Responsibilities
- Carry out assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and provide ongoing clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Deliver parent training and collaborate with caregivers
- Ensure clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance
- Collaborate with internal clinical and operations teams
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Colorado licensure, if applicable, or ability to meet state and payer requirements prior to starting
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred
