Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

$90–$105/hour In-Person Vibrant ABA is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families across Colorado. This role offers flexibility, manageable caseloads, meaningful clinical support, and competitive compensation based on supervision type. As a BCBA at Vibrant, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), partner closely with families, and support meaningful progress for the children we serve.
