This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment. You'll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.

Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to go in-person for supervision
- Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)

Pay
