As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment. You'll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

• Supervising in-person visits for daytime cases

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Willingness and ability to go in-person for supervision
• Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)

Pay

Part-time Hourly Rate: $90-$100
