Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques
• Conduct initial assessments, progress monitoring, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
• Provide training and guidance to behavior technicians and other team members to enhance skills and knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy, incorporating new knowledge into treatment plans as needed
