Key Responsibilities
- Remotely supervise RBTs and behavioral therapists on assigned cases across New Mexico
- Develop ABA curricula and behavior intervention plans
- Analyze data and prepare progress reports and treatment strategies
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and case managers to ensure high-quality care
- Conduct telehealth sessions and remote parent/caregiver training
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB
- Experience working with children with autism
- No New Mexico residency required — open to candidates nationwide
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus — especially welcome for candidates serving our Spanish-speaking NM families
