About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Assess learners using tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, ABLLS-R, and SRS-2.
  • Supervise RBTs and trainees (5–10% of RBT hours).
  • Maintain a manageable caseload (6–8 clients) to ensure quality supervision.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to RBTs.
  • Collaborate with parents, SLPs, and other professionals for coordinated care.
  • Attend bi-weekly team check-ins and monthly staff trainings.
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation and progress reports.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Minimum 1 year of post-certification experience preferred (will consider strong new BCBAs with clinical experience).
  • Knowledge of evidence-based ABA interventions, assessment tools, and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite at our Morris, IL clinic.

  • Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)
