Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD and related conditions
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment strategies
- Train and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and other support staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA and maintain current certification as a BCBA
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with children with ASD and related conditions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
