How You'll Make a Difference
- Oversee ABA programs
- Conduct behavioral and skill assessments
- Design and maintain treatment programs for clients
- Work with and oversee the teams that implement individualized treatment plans
- Complete weekly program writing and maintain client’s program book
- Provide parent/family training and support including monthly clinic/progress meetings
- Monitor programs through observations, data collection, and data analysis
- Provide direct/indirect behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions (as needed)

What We Are Looking For
- Masters Degree
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Licensed in OK
- Knowledge of Behavior Analytic Interventions
- Functional Behavioral Assessment
- Experience in Emergency/Crisis Intervention
- Experience Supervising RBTs preferred
