About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Oklahoma team in a flexible hybrid role, combining remote work with in-person client sessions. This position offers the perfect balance of autonomy and meaningful client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to track client progress
- Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all client services
- Stay informed on the latest ABA research, trends, and best practices
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Active Oklahoma LBA certification (required)
- Proven experience in developing and managing ABA treatment programs
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach to clinical work
- Experience with diverse populations is a plus
