Responsibilities

• Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2‑18
• Collect data utilizing Central Reach
• Meet billable hour requirements (25 hours for full‑time BCBAs, 15 hours for part‑time BCBAs)
• Complete intake and assessments
• Conduct parent training
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians and clinical directors
• Mentor a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s Degree
• High emphasis on integrity and ethics
• Passion for client success
• Strong leadership skills

Pay

Monthly bonus initiatives up to an additional $10 per billable hour.
