What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Analyze treatment data and make clinical programming decisions
- Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct caregiver training and family guidance sessions
- Collaborate with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, schools, and outside providers
- Participate in clinical case reviews and interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Ensure clinical documentation meets insurance, BACB, and regulatory standards
- Support skill acquisition programs focused on communication, social skills, adaptive living skills, play, safety, and independence
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure
- Experience working with children
- Strong clinical decision-making and data analysis skills
- Ability to provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
