About the role
We're seeking a passionate BCBA who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve work-life balance. We need a BCBA for our Trenton/Southgate location with one day as a hybrid day per week.
Responsibilities
- Do assessments
- Supervise treatment plans
- Train RBTs
- Provide parent training
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- BCBA certification
- Current license to practice as a BCBA in Michigan
- Experience with NET (Natural Environment Teaching) approach
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with parents and other professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$80,000- $90,000 (Depending on years of experience) plus performance-based bonuses.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, in clinic. No nights, no weekends, no evenings, no on-call duties.
