About the role

We're seeking a passionate BCBA who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve work-life balance. We need a BCBA for our Trenton/Southgate location with one day as a hybrid day per week.

Responsibilities

  • Do assessments
  • Supervise treatment plans
  • Train RBTs
  • Provide parent training

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • Current license to practice as a BCBA in Michigan
  • Experience with NET (Natural Environment Teaching) approach

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with parents and other professionals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$80,000- $90,000 (Depending on years of experience) plus performance-based bonuses.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, in clinic. No nights, no weekends, no evenings, no on-call duties.
