With support from skilled R/BTs delivering one-on-one instruction, we work as a team to create meaningful change — for our clients and for each other.

Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Current BACB certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • 2-3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families using behavior analytic technology across a variety of diagnoses
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Provide field supervision and write performance evaluations for behavior technicians as required
  • Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
  • Produce progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources
  • A high level of communication skills, organization skills, and attention to detail
  • Provide clinical oversight across programs, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based ABA services and strong client outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor BCBAs and RBTs, driving staff performance through coaching, training, and structured feedback
  • Lead assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing data analysis to inform individualized, effective interventions
  • Develop and standardize clinical programs, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Partner with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and generalization across settings
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development to build and retain strong clinical teams
  • Ensure compliance with payer requirements, documentation standards, and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with leadership on program growth, operational alignment, and clinical strategy
  • Oversee crisis management, safety protocols, and staff training in behavior intervention and de-escalation
