Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills
- Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience in ABA therapy (clinical leadership a plus, but not required)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork
Compensation
$85,000 - $95,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)
