SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for school-based positions! Now hiring for the 2026-2027 school year!

What You'll Do

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using data-driven, trauma-informed, and contextually sensitive approaches.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families to support student success.
  • Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical, clinical, and school district standards.
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals and accommodations as appropriate.
  • Adhere to BACB® ethical guidelines and stay current on best practices in behavior analysis and education.

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification
  • At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities
  • Experience training school staff and parents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member
  • Fingerprint background clearance
  • Tuberculosis (TB) clearance

Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 annually.
