Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments
• Provide direct behavioral intervention services to clients in a variety of settings
• Evaluate and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions
• Train and supervise other staff members providing behavioral intervention services
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all services provided

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• At least two years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Proficiency in using evidence-based practices and interventions

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and practices of applied behavior analysis
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
