About the role
We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a meaningful impact and a strong commitment to high-quality client care and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments
- Provide direct behavioral intervention services to clients in a variety of settings
- Evaluate and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions
- Train and supervise other staff members providing behavioral intervention services
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all services provided
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- At least two years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Proficiency in using evidence-based practices and interventions
Qualifications
- Knowledge of principles and practices of applied behavior analysis
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
