About the role
We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming lives through applied behavior analysis and committed to high-quality client care and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments
- Provide direct behavioral intervention services to clients in a variety of settings
- Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to evaluate treatment effectiveness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Train and supervise other staff members providing behavioral interventions
- Participate in regular supervision meetings and professional development activities
Requirements
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Experience with functional behavior assessments and data collection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Experience with positive reinforcement strategies
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each client
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Pay
$90,000 - $110,000 annually
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
