Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments
• Provide direct behavioral intervention services to clients in a variety of settings
• Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to evaluate treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Train and supervise other staff members providing behavioral interventions
• Participate in regular supervision meetings and professional development activities

Requirements

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
• Experience with functional behavior assessments and data collection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Experience with positive reinforcement strategies
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each client
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$90,000 - $110,000 annually
