Responsibilities

• Management of cases that includes communicating with parents/caregivers and other therapists to address issues such as data collection, graphing, and programmatic decisions
• Design acquisition and deceleration programs to meet goals for each assigned child
• Administers VB-MAAP, ABLLS, EFL, or other assessment in conjunction with quarterly updates
• Writes semiannual updates for assigned cases
• Leads discussions regarding programs and make programmatic decisions with the consultation of the Lead
• Manages staff such that all data are graphed as assigned for each designated child
• Conducts individual teaching sessions for each child as assigned
• Care for child with toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and all other self-care and independent care skills
• Develops training materials that are up to date with current technologies in the field
• Communicates with parents to ensure that the consumer service model is followed
• Designs data sheets and graphs as indicated per case/need
• Performs all other duties as required

Qualifications

• MA or MS in Psychology or related field required
• Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs with individuals with developmental disabilities required
• BCBA certification required
• Florida Driver’s License with no more than two moving violations in the past three years
• Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship from our company now or in the future
