Job Title
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Overview/Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and monitor ABA programs and therapy sessions
- Provide supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff
- Train and support caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical and regulatory standards
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs and multidisciplinary professionals
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or behavioral technicians
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
