Job Overview/Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and monitor ABA programs and therapy sessions
• Provide supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff
• Train and support caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical and regulatory standards
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs and multidisciplinary professionals

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or behavioral technicians
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Primary Skills
