About the role
We help children in the Austin area build confidence, independence, and real-life skills through thoughtful, ethical ABA. We're led by a practicing BCBA, so the people making decisions about your caseload have actually carried one. That changes everything about how we structure your day.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs (with real support behind you)
- Provide parent training and walk alongside families
- Monitor progress and adjust goals as kids grow and change
- Collaborate with a clinical team that talks to each other
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
- Fluency in Spanish would directly shape the families we're able to reach
Qualifications
- Practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 with performance-based bonuses
