Caseload
- 6–8 clients
- 16–20% supervision built into your week
- ~28 billable hours
Pay and Schedule
- $82K–$110K base pay, including bonuses
- $50/billable hour over 30, paid biweekly
- Full-time position
- A midday appointment does not count against your PTO

What You'll Do
- Serve as a supervisor for your RBTs and oversee clinical quality
- Create and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans

What You'll Work With
- Standardized assessments: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, Vineland
- FBA and BIPs built around the child
- The Care Calculator and outcome-measurement tools (STEP Score, Report Cards)
- Parent and caregiver training as a core part of every plan
