About the role
Join our team and help students write their new story. As a Behavior Analyst at New Story Schools, you will design and oversee individualized behavior support plans that empower students to make meaningful progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized support plans
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Consultants and clinical staff
- Review and analyze behavioral data to guide program adjustments
- Lead staff training on behavior intervention and best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student success
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification
- At least two years of experience developing and implementing behavior programs
- Advanced knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data analysis
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Eligibility to meet BCBA supervision standards within three months of hire
Qualifications
- Experience working with students with autism and emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
