Credits initial assessments, reassessments, and writes progress reports
Develops & monitors individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
Maintains availability to respond to the needs of the persons supported, providing consultation and on-site assistance to behavior crisis situations
Maintains billable caseload of an average of 25 hours/week for full time BCBA, part time BCBA billable caseload of up to an average of 15 hours weekly
Documents billable hours, as required
Develops written reports documenting behavioral recommendations for parents, caregivers, and agency personnel in a timely and accurate manner, as requested
Maintains availability to respond to the needs of the persons supported, providing consultation and on-site assistance to behavior crisis situations
Maintains any required training to include any necessary crisis management procedures in the behavior plans, as needed

Master's degree in Human Services or related major, required
BCBA and licensed, if required by the state
Maintain all required certifications as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board for BCBAs, required
Strong knowledge and deep understanding of the science of behavior analysis and behavior analytic therapies; experience delivering these services
Must be proficient with functional assessment development, program/goal development, behavior reduction and skills acquisition procedures, and staff training
Able to work in a professional manner with other departments within the facility and with community representatives
Positive attitude with flexibility to meet the needs and demands of the department
Able to reorganize workload and direct staff to assure completion of all client care and program goals
Able to maintain confidentiality
Communicate and work professionally and cooperatively with others
