As a BCBA at LAC, you’ll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success!

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy
• Use a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care
• Enjoy realistic caseloads, consistent schedules, and quarterly bonus program
• Participate in co-treatment sessions with SLP-BCBAs and Behavior Treatment Committee collaboration sessions
• Benefit from strong RBT training program and centers designed for naturalistic teaching

Requirements

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Pay

Up to $100,000/year + quarterly bonus
