Job Summary

Kyo is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, dedicated to empowering children with autism and their families. We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Inland Empire area.

About the Role

This is a hybrid remote position where you will lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems. You will also support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.

Requirements

• Education and Skills: Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites.
• Availability: Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with schedules determined based on your client needs.
• Physical Ability: This job requires extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play-based therapies.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000

Hybrid remote position with flexible scheduling options for full-time and part-time roles.
