About the role
KidSpeak is a Cicero Therapies clinic located in North Charlotte. Cicero Therapies aims to advance comprehensive, collaborative, and compassionate care through its family of clinics, which includes today's ABA programs that work alongside speech, occupational, physical, and mental health therapists.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians
- Complete in-person client supervision and in-person and virtual parent sessions
- Collaborate with families to support carryover and progress across environments
- Partner closely with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to create integrated treatment approaches
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with company and payer requirements
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active North Carolina state licensure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and families in a multidisciplinary environment
