Key Responsibilities
- Carry out intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer and define behavioral assessments, and monitor progress through data collection and analysis.
- Design and implement skill acquisition programs and positive behavior support strategies.
- Observe clients across settings to ensure treatment consistency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with treatment teams during IEPs, team meetings, and case reviews.
- Train, model, and consult staff on behavior intervention strategies.
- Assist with crisis intervention planning and provide consultation on critical incidents.
- Maintain documentation, including clinical notes, progress summaries, and billing records.
- Support quality audits and participate in program development.
- Supervise direct support staff and provide ongoing training and feedback.
- Maintain caseload in accordance with BACB guidelines (focused and/or comprehensive).
- Support education administrators with staff evaluations and corrective action planning specific to behavior intervention practices.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field.
- Prior experience with individuals with autism and/or behavioral challenges.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with data collection and behavioral assessment tools.
- Basic computer skills and documentation proficiency.
- Ability to travel independently between locations.
- Capacity to perform light office duties and physical interventions if necessary.
- Valid driver’s license.
