About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment strategies
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs
  • Collaborate with families and clinical team members
  • Maintain documentation and ensure quality care

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working with children with autism
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
