About the role

We are seeking a BCBA who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations
  • Create, implement, and refine individualized treatment and behavior support plans
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive meaningful clinical outcomes
  • Partner with families and caregivers to ensure consistent, child-centered care
  • Attend treatment team meetings and IEP/ISP meetings as needed
  • Participate in insurance authorization and review processes for assigned clients
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and students
  • Conduct regularly scheduled client observations (minimum two per month, per client)
  • Support professional growth with high clinical and ethical standards
  • Maintain a billable expectation of 27.5 hours/week (110 hours/month)
  • Complete: session notes monthly data analysis treatment updates assessments & reports insurance documentation
  • Initiate onboarding and treatment for new clients promptly at leadership direction

Requirements

Must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or closely related field.

Must have a current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Experience in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Knowledge of evidence-based practices in ABA.

Ability to manage caseloads of 8-10 clients.

Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.

Skills
